Captain Pat Foster of the WAVERUNNER II is a Virginia Beach native. He’s proud to say that he has been fishing local waterways for more than 25 years!

Captain Pat holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master’s License, has dedicated his life to sport fishing and enjoys every aspect of life on the water. He also loves sharing this once in a life time experience with people and showing them what he does best! Captain Pat has fished from Cape May, New Jersey to Moorehead City, North Carolina. He has placed and won numerous marlin tournaments, the latest being a first place finish in the 2005 Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament along with a 2010 second place finish in the Midatlantic Rockfish Shootout.
