The billfish bite has started early with good  numbers of whites and blues being caught for this early in the summer. The mahi are around with hit and miss catches . Still managed to catch some rockfish for alittle late in the season. The fish sizes were from 27” to 50 lbs. today. Looks like the winds might kick up a bit but there are some fish still out there! Friday & saturday were both great bites , fri. was one long pass on a big school of big fish and the charter had their limit.Sat was almost as good ,they got a limit but not as fast.
