Fabulous Hot Crab Casserole

Ingredients:
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
¾ cup finely chopped celery
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 teaspoons sherry
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add salt, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay and Sherry. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish and cover with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
