Ingredients:

1 lb. fresh filleted rockfish
1/2 cup mayo
1 package Old Bay Classic Crab cake Mix
4 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Place Rockfish fillets in boiling water.
Boil until fish is cooked and flakes apart (approx. 10 minutes)
Drain.
Stir crab cake mix and mayo in a large bowl. Add rockfish and mix together.
Shape into patties
Melt butter in a large frying pan or skillet over med-high heat add rockfish cake patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
